Amanda, RN was superb in her craft. I was a nervous wreck and she never left my side. The doctor was through and kind.
Healthcare Workers may not be considered First Responders but in some cases they do qualify and even exceed as my recent experience with the HCA Florida Gainesville ER proved. I want to call attention to the professional service given by all of the staff but in particular Doctor Gillette, Candi RN and especially David RN who helped my wife through this hard time. Thank you all.
I had gone to an Urgent Care to be evaluated for a head injury and was advised to contact HCA, as they were unable to evaluate me. I called as advised and the man on the phone (Jay? Jake?) was beyond rude. I work in VetMed, so I understand that these type of fields can be incredibly stressful; but I would NEVER speak to a concerned patron as dismissively as this man did.
