It was fine up until the shift change and the new charge nurse dismissed me as soon as possible I asked if my ultrasound revealed anything or was there anything wrong and got no nothing wrong just follow up with your regular doctor or primary care physician so to cut to the chase wife and I reading my discharge paperwork I have baker’s cyst behind my knee and needs attention
Our RN Amanda May is The G. O. A. T. Of all RNs. Her hospitality, friendliness, caring & professionalism are the best we’ve ever received from any ER. Dr. Mahesh Setty, MD was the same. The took care of the issue in a timely matter, and made sure you understood what you needed to do after. I recommend this ER to everybody!!
Recently made a trip to HCA Florida Gainesville Hospital Emergency on a Sunday afternoon due to a possible DVT in my leg, and EVERYONE of the staff I interacted with was awesome!!! The nurse who was assigned to me (CXB), the doctor assigned to my case (Dr Ryan Roberts), and the Ultrasound Tech that did my US were all very attentive, efficient, and professional. Amazing staff, barely any wait time, had us in & out! These nurses/doctors here are exceptional. The front desk receptionist was amazing as well. I can’t stand hospitals, but this emergency department was phenomenal.
I had two separate urgent-care experiences at this hospital, and unfortunately, both left me feeling judged, stereotyped, and uncomfortable rather than cared for. The first time, I went in because I had been dealing with significant pain from sciatica and arthritis for several months. I was looking for relief. I was given a muscle relaxer and sent on my way.
