Do not go to any facilities that this company does billing for. They do not take care of Veterans. They give you a different account number every month, so you have to be on top of them to make sure they aren’t going to slide in extra charges. They do not have proper communications to coordinate with their facilities. They need to be spoonfed on what to do to maintain secure information. While on vacation, my mother had a heart problem and went 1st to HCA Emergency in Destin where they did chest xray & sent her to HCA Ft Walton-Destin hospital. They kept her there for 2 days & did not contact her Atlanta Dr. for the surgery info she had had on her heart and did not request the chest xray from their partner ER facility in destin. My 91 year old mother with Dementia was in the ER at FWB hospital awaiting a room upstairs most of the 9 hours after they determined early she had a faulty pacemaker and it needed replacement. I left for an hour to get her fresh cloths after being there all day. While I was gone they did not properly monitor her and she fell out of her unsecured bed while on telemetry and severely injured her elbow and shoulder and setting off 3 alarms in the one hour I had left her room.
