My recent experience in the cardiac unit while under the care of Doctor Topi and his team was excellent from check in at the first floor front desk to release to my friend's car in the drive up area. I consistently felt i was treated with respect and professionalism. Being hospitalized, even for a one day procedure, can be daunting. It's something we go through out of necessity and can be frightening. My needs and concerns were met at every turn at HCA Citrus, and I am grateful to one and all.
I was treated with respect . Staff listened to me and gave good care.
