The entire staff were great to work with.
I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience here today. I visited earlier this morning and the service was amazing; the staff was super nice and helpful. However, I called back this evening because my daughter’s fever spiked to 103°F, and the experience was the complete opposite. The nurse I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and rude. Instead of offering guidance or help, she told me to take my daughter to a pediatrician all the way in Orlando. It was a horrible, stressful experience during an emergency.
