Who ever is in charge of billing needs to be fired. I received a statement in the mail which I had been making payments of online and even though I paid off my balance with them when I log into the online portal the payment is paid off, they send me to collections as I was making active payments. I called HCA to see why they would do that as I made payments until it was all paid off and they stated they couldn’t help me I had to speak to the debt collectors on a bill THAT I ALREADY HAD PAID.
They released me to the wrong address with a Lyft driver who spoke lil English while I was still tripping on muscle relaxers and a bit out of my mind.It cost me 100s of dollars in property.
Run run and don’t look back. Quite possibly the worst care I’ve ever received. Would not recommend to anyone. I’d sooner suffer than very step foot in this place again. From the care to the professionalism. I’ve never seen anything like it
