Never got to see a doctor. Made an appointment online. Filled in the requested information, however it that did not include a section for insurance info. I was called weeks later to provide the information. However, I immediately heard the disdain from the person on the line. She sounded upset that I had made the appointment online and proceeded to list all the things I had done incorrectly from being a new patient to choosing a time she claimed was not alloted for new patients. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Dr. Woods is the best, Emily the PA is great too. Together they have me feeling so much better. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful for all of them. They really listen to you and address each issue thoroughly.
I had fallen and injured my knee and it swelled up with fluid. I thought the procedure was going to be a lot worse. They drained the fluid after numbing the knee and it was over in less than 10 minutes. It feels so much better now.
