It starts with the office. Everyone is positive and upbeat. Then Dr. Thomas arrives and he is not only upbeat, but he asks pertinent questions and he listens to the answers and gives positive feedback. And then there's the outcome. I had a complete knee revision. I'm now at 6 weeks post surgery, and with Dr. Tomases clear rehab instructions and suggestions I can say, my recovery has exceeded my expectations. Aside from the uncomfortable chairs. The office is well run like an oiled machine. The professionalism in the office was top notch. Dr Thomas is very caring for the first visit and explains everything at a level you can understand. He is very educated and will not be aggressive to do surgery as his first option.
