I work for HCA and I will never come back to this emergency room. I went in on 10/25/24. At first it was good, I was taken back and triaged, iv in and test ordered in a good amount of time. However, once I was in a gown and IV in, my clothes and shoes were put in a bag put on my lap and I was taken back to the lobby. The ER was not busy as this was only 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Took daughter to Pediatric ER with debilitating Abdominal pain. The 'doctor' asked if she had eaten anything, she only had her morning vitamins (which she has every morning and doesn't eat with them) The doctor didn't look any further and said, oh, that's it, we will run a urine on her and get her out of here, if she gets worse just bring her back. Trying to get an update on my mother this morning, Here is what happenned: Their website said there was 0 minutes waiting in the ER. The operator transferred me to the ER, it rang for over 70 seconds. someone picked it up and clearly hung up! I called back, the operator transferred me once again to ER. Again at 55 seconds, they picked up and hung up! I called again and shared with the operator that they hung up. She said she would try. Much to my surprise someone answere. On January 4th went to ER with overwhelming covid symptoms looking for some relief. A Dr. Jordan Markel finally came out to the waiting room with an attitude like, 'I don't want to be here and I wish you weren't here so let's get this over with.' Gave me prescriptions for Tylenol, anti nausea and upset stomach and sent me packing without checking anything. Extremely disappointed. 2 days later went to an urgent care and they actually gave me some help.

Been there 4 times since 1995, it's never been a good experience, they are a profit organization, If your life is important, this is not the place to go. Walked out this week in an emergency situation being hospitalized unnecessary testing to screw you, so sick no meds, no water food stinks. Ended up in another cause of their treatment.
