I came to HCA Florida Behavioral Health Specialists for ADHD. Everyone was very kind and understanding. They seemed genuinely interested by asking specific questions and I felt very comfortable talking with them. I also feel like what they were suggesting and advising for a treatment plan was for my best interest. I sincerely appreciated all of their advice and help and will continue seeing them for future care.
We were lost trying to find the office. We called the office and were treated well n friendly. Transportation found us and dropped us off at the office and took us back to our car. The office staff was pleasant and professional. Thank you for making your experience on of great satisfaction.

The person who answers the phone is extremely rude and short every single time I call. I get it’s probably a hard job but stop taking out on patients who are struggling with mental health issues and a broken system
