I appreciate the staff...appreciating my time. They listen to me. I mean something to them, and that speaks volumes. My appointment was perfect. I checked in and was called back for vitals before I sat down. Talk about efficiency. They offer bottle water and plenty of bathrooms and parking
The women who answers the phone, she calls herself Kimberly, is incredibly rude. She's always quick to cut you off before you can even finish what you're trying to tell her. I've been a patient here for around 3 years now, and shes always been like this. I like to try and give people the benefit of the doubt, but after coming here to leave a review, and seeing other people leaving reviews about the same person, it's clear that she doesn't care about handling phone calls, she's unprofessional, rude, and rarely follows through... read more
