Took awhile to get project going but after roof was done it looks great. I would give them 5 stars but still waiting for our gutters. 4 months out and still waiting.
I give them 5 stars because Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It took a year of back and forth with the insurance company to finally get things worked out, but Ryan never gave up. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we were take care of and felt heard. The new roof went in quick and looks amazing.
These people are horrible. As you can tell by the horrible stories people left about this company. I could say the exact same. They will take advantage of you and try to take your money without doing any work. My parents have been in this country for 40+ years and work hard for every penny. They reached out to us so I’m getting our roof done in December and they are just pulling us around they’ve already taken our money, use a lot of caution if you’re going to use this company. And definitely don’t pay them until the job is finished.
This company is the real deal! Their representative Ryan Turner is great! He worked with us answering all our questions and walked us through the process of working with our insurance company. He made himself available at all hours whenever a new question came up. He is the best! What many people (us included) don't understand is that it is possible to request and receive full replacement value and not just the first (smallest) amount given by the insurance inspector which, at the current prices for materials, is never enoug... read more
