Been working directly with Robert for a couple of years now. He has always been professional, helpful and quick to get me what I need. The parts are of top quality and reasonably priced.
Oswald was the only supplier that listed the VXT repair kit I needed. After placing the order they called me to tell me it wouldn't ship for 2wks in case I wanted to cancel the order. I didn't, and sure enough it shipped 2wks later and they sent it FedEx so I received it rapidly. Correct product in good condition. Happy with Oswald and the service they provided.
