Extremely fast shipping and fair prices - they ship from the Bronx and processed/shipped out my order within hours of placing it. I had my gasket next-day for standard ground price. Will absolutely work with Oswald again if I need other parts for my boiler. Thanks everyone who works here!!!

My husband just purchased a wet pack combustion chamber liner and installed it. Fair price and shipping cost. Shipping was super fast, three days. Brief phone call to tech support with a quick question. Robert was professional and most helpful. From start to finish, total job took under two hours. My experience with Oswald supply was painless and I want to thank Bob in the boiler dept. for taking the time to find me exactly what I was looking for. I am in New Hampshire and was not having much luck with local supply houses, a google search led me to Oswald's and after a short time on the phone with Bob I was able to complete my order online. The shipping was very reasonable and fast . All and all it was a pleasant experience. John

shipment came quickly and all radiators and parts were perfect. I made a mistake on some of the parts and had to send them back, but the return with your company went pretty smoothly.
