Very disappointed with HC Auto and Body. Bought a 2016 Kia Soul in August 2022. They stated they had tested everything and it was a good car. We have been back to them three times since we bought the Kia and the first two times the problems the car had were under their warranty but it cost $100 each visit as a deductible. October 19, 2022 the car stopped driving normally. It was towed to their lot and they told us the catalytic converter was no good.....a very expensive fix and not covered by their warranty.
