HBS is a stark example on getting what you pay for. Their prices are on the Low end, but that’s reflected in their incredibly poor service and quality, as well as their Owner’s rudeness. Save yourself a lot of trouble and hire another service if you want quality and professional yard services.
Would give zero stars if I could. This might be one of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Not one time was there an actual phone call which is extremely unprofessional. Owner blocked my phone number after I reached out as a second contact. Refuses to give notice of when they will be coming. Did not do the things he claimed he would do. Bad attitude all around. I truly have no idea how they have business. Avoid at all costs.
A++ landscaping service from this company. The team is always on time and delivers quality care to our yard each week. For the quality they deliver, you can’t beat the price. 100% recommended to anyone in Suwanee who cares about their yard.
