I like the way HBR keeps me informed about our tenants' requests for service. They are very organized and quick to respond to those requests. They have a good network of professionals to take care of the repair requests. I know that as the homeowner, I would not have the time to respond in a timely basis to items that need repairs; thus I am extremely happy to have the expertise at HBR Rentals to respond immediately. I also like the semiannual inspections of our property.
