We signed with them (HBI GROUP) in January 17, 2014.We also put a $2500 consultant fee down with the understanding that they WOULD GET US IN A HOME. No questions asked this was a fact we would have a home. with the minimum of $5000 down. After 5 months we found a home with the guidelines. It took them a month to start doing anything. I SAW THE AD ABOUT FRAUD ALERT OF HBI I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO GET A HOME LOAN ABOUT 3 MONTH AGO, I PUT $3500.00 FOR A SUPPOSED 5K DOWN PROGRAM, WE STARTED SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY OF THEIR CRITERIA, BUT THEY NEVER ACCEPT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES THAT WE SEARCHED, THEY JUST SAID EXCUSES, EVENTUALLY WE GET TIRED OF THEIR GAME AND ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK, BUT NOW THEY JUST REFUSE TO REFUND OUR MONEY.
