The service done by Suniya was really great and she was super sweet! But Anastasia was kind of rude and aloof. I felt very uncomfortable with her. My issue with the service that they should not cater to two people simultaneously especially if they are paying so much! Suniya did such a good job..my eyebrows look stunning and everyone has been complimenting me..I will definitely go there again!
HB Face is an absolute scam. I got my eyebrows done on August 20 and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, I wasn’t booked with the specific person I requested. When I arrived, they assigned me to someone else without telling me. As a hairstylist myself, I know how important it is for clients to feel comfortable with who they’re booked with — but I didn’t want to make a scene, so I went ahead. The service itself was terrible. Over-priced place for brows. The products they are selling are below average. Spent 30 bucks for this. When I called for refund - they dont do refund only store credit. I mean 🤷♀️ For the promotion on their anniversary the lady just went ahead by herself and did my upper lips even though I did not even ask for it (I only said chin) & just like that so much for luring people in for "complimentary-brows" my total came out to be 70$
Quite honestly, I went here because I heard some great things about it. The threading was just horrible, it was less plucking and more scissoring than anything. The lady even had to use tweezers. The colouring was absolutely non remarkeable and a huge waste of money. I could have done this at home myself and saved the $80. 10/10!! I’ve been nervous to get my brows done for years but the ladies there were super nice & my brows have never looked better. Also the decor/atmosphere was amazing :) I’ll be going back
