Note every little thing you find and make sure they write it down on the move in inspection sheet. Our move in inspection was not nearly as detailed as our move out inspection, and they were completed by different individuals. The move out inspection 'found' several ways to accuse us of damaging the rental property we were in since 'none of the issues noted were noted at the pre move in inspection'.
