Never showed up to replace the roof, gave excuse after excuse. Mr. Cerda cashed the deposit and stopped all communication after several weeks of excuses of why he hasn’t started the project. Never got the money back.
Communication was horrible at best. My roof still leaks since this was installed a couple years back so I have to be patching up after their work. Not no mention the damage in my interior of house. One of the vents is it even connected correctly.
Great and open communication. Repaired my roof that had suffered wind damage. Great price for quality work and material. Definitely recommend 10/10.
The gentleman with HBC roofing is a nice guy, was honest about his pricing, and knows what he is doing about roofing. That being said, work was done at my house and the rolled roofing repair only lasted 2.5 months. No worries, I called and asked if he could repair the roof and he said he would be there. He never showed up. Kept saying he was going to come by, after 2 weeks of asking him to come I gave up and decided to hire someone else.
