I had a good experience with HBC Roofing. We discussed the roofing work beforehand, and the team completed the requested work as planned. Overall, I was satisfied with the finished project.
Trying to call, and complete our agreement. Call goes straight to voicemail. Already paid you sir.
Never showed up to replace the roof, gave excuse after excuse. Mr. Cerda cashed the deposit and stopped all communication after several weeks of excuses of why he hasn’t started the project. Never got the money back.
Communication was horrible at best. My roof still leaks since this was installed a couple years back so I have to be patching up after their work. Not no mention the damage in my interior of house. One of the vents is it even connected correctly.
Great and open communication. Repaired my roof that had suffered wind damage. Great price for quality work and material. Definitely recommend 10/10.
