I called for delivery with an 1\8 of a tank remaining. Today we ran out of oil. When I checked my account I was charged for a delivery I did not receive. I called to check the issue with no answers. Where is my oil and since when do you charge for services not delivered. I'm very cold now and extremely angry. Your response shows a complete lack of paying attention.
