Just wanted to let you know that Francisco’s Automotive is a great shop. The entire staff is very welcoming and gets the job done right. Especially, Dianna who works the front office and typically the first person I see when I arrive at the shop. She takes genuine interest in the concerns I have. I’ve been going to Francisco a very long time and trust his judgement even if it’s news I don’t really want to hear. At the end of the day, I have a car running like new! Thanks!
If I could leave 0 star I would. Called in morning regarding my sprinter van. Was asked to leave my name and phone number for Fransisco to give me a call back. Forward to 3pm and still no phone call back. Called again at 3pm, told girl at reception Francisco never called, so she had him give me a call right back. Finally on the phone with Francisco, and he tells me : "Let me know when you're at my shop, and I'll meet you there". Literally took 10 minutes to drive there, and no one knows where Fransisco is, and he is not answ... read more
My sprinter would not start I took it to multiple places no one could tell me what was wrong with it I talked personally with the owner Fransico he inspected it and told me what was wrong with it in gave a great price it has been 2 weeks in I haven’t had any problems with it
This auto shop is an excellent repairer of sprinters. There service is timely and efficient. The mechanics are elite.
