I had a pre purchase inspection on a sprinter, They drove with me, lifted it up, shwed me underneath and advised me on what to expect. Lots of knowledge!!!! Thanks guys
I was recommended to Francisco’s from a friend with a sprinter. I previously took my sprinter to a dealership because the check engine light came on and a few days after getting my sprinter back the check engine light came back on so I called Francisco and I was able to drop my sprinter off. Francisco called me back later on the same day and said I can pick my sprinter up the next day and I have not had any problems since. Thank you to Francisco and his great associates for getting my sprinter back on the road!
Just wanted to let you know that Francisco’s Automotive is a great shop. The entire staff is very welcoming and gets the job done right. Especially, Dianna who works the front office and typically the first person I see when I arrive at the shop. She takes genuine interest in the concerns I have. I’ve been going to Francisco a very long time and trust his judgement even if it’s news I don’t really want to hear. At the end of the day, I have a car running like new! Thanks!
If I could leave 0 star I would. Called in morning regarding my sprinter van. Was asked to leave my name and phone number for Fransisco to give me a call back. Forward to 3pm and still no phone call back. Called again at 3pm, told girl at reception Francisco never called, so she had him give me a call right back. Finally on the phone with Francisco, and he tells me : "Let me know when you're at my shop, and I'll meet you there".
