I wanted to throw an event for me and my team we were pleased with the service other than one specific bartender. Danielle was a total you know what the whole time getting mad that we were asking her for things it’s like if you don’t like the job just quit. We were not pleased with our services from Danielle.
Fun little billiards and live music. Billiard/bowling alley bar vibes. Multiple stages. If you want to walk off property, you have to walk through the 24hr fitness or they'll stop u.
Everything would’ve been great if my bartender wasn’t so rude. I hate leaving bad reviews or even taking the time to leave a review in general but I felt like somebody should point out how rude the customer service is here especially from the bartenders Danielle particularly. If you hate your job, you should just quit. Don’t bring your baggage or your problems to work and take it out on other people. Nice venue, nice drinks and fun environment
Bartenders are consistently RUDE. Zero customer service, catty, unprofessional, and to top it off, they pour light. And this is not just my take, my entire friend group feels the same. Never enough bartenders (long lines), and when you finally get served, you get treated like garbage. HB really needs to get their act together. Obviously the issue lies in management as it would be impossible to have this many people with bad attitudes in one place by accident.
