I had a mixed experience with HB Smile. In the beginning, everything felt very professional and well-organized, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of care and communication. However, as time went on, my experience became more concerning. I noticed that multiple procedures were being billed to my insurance, and later I found out that some of those treatments may not have actually been necessary.
