I have tried contacting them in regards to fixing my nails but I am being ignored. My nails are popping off like they would if you paid 10 dollars at the store. I have tried to glue them back on and I have never had this happen ever. It’s been less than a week since I got them done. I want them either fixed or a refund. I have given them time to respond and they don’t seem to care. I will go elsewhere next time. Paid 60 bucks for cheap store bought nails… Meijer nails stay on longer. The first few times I went here I had great service, however, the last 3 times I have made an appointment the staff has been very behind. Sadly, rather than just tell us they are running late they will sit us in a chair (for pedicures) until the water becomes so cold you want to take your feet out. The previous time I went the staff was so rude I ended up requesting not to have my nails painted because I just wanted to leave. If I could give Jessica and Dao more stars, I would!! They deserve TEN!! They are nothing but hospitable and personable. Beyond enjoyable conversations, I always leave feeling wonderful about my nails— they do a stellar job! The atmosphere in the spa is phenomenal and there is great chemistry amongst the staff. Affordable, great results, and many laughs. I LOVE it here!!
