We used this amazing company years ago to put a new basement staircase in my sons home. We now are using them to redo our horrible wrought iron railing that I HATE with a passion. They listen to what you want and show you so many options. They DO NOT rush you. I can't wait for our new oak 1 piece handrail. Use them, you will not be disappointed. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the finished installation HB went out of the way for us. I was probably one of their fussiest customers and my other projects caused them to be delayed by numerous months Their work was superior the craftsmanship, beautiful. All the staff were helpful , polite and knowledgeable. It was an absolutely seamless transaction. I would 1000% recommend them. Also their prices were fabulous.
