The food their overall is very good esspically their acie bowl and shakes. But what brought my experience down was the staff were incredibly rude and did not seem happy to be either. I have been multiple times and seen/heard them esspically one lady be super rude to many people including me and my family.
Stopped into HB Fresh for a couple of juices. The drinks themselves were pretty good — solid 4/5 on flavor and freshness. The atmosphere was fine, nothing special. What really brought the experience down for us was the service. When checking out, the staff verbally asked for a tip, which creates an uncomfortable moment and feels out of place for a simple counter-service juice bar. Prices seem a bit high. Flavors are good, staff can be a bit edgy. Watched them snap at customers a couple times and dont appear very happy most days which isn't a great start to a day or vacation but for the most part they are nice and put out a decent product.
This place never disappoints! The açaí bowls are fresh and delicious. It’s our go-to spot after a swim—so refreshing and satisfying! Friendly service and a great atmosphere make it even better. Highly recommend!
Nice selection, but wow they need to get on top of how to be more efficient with service.
