I called Florida Emergency Cleaning to get information on doing an Ozone treatment in my new house due to the previous owner being a smoker. Dan did a great job explaining the process and other things I can do to help with the lingering smoke smell in the house. Within 2 days he had a team member out to set up the ozone generators. The ozone treatment made a world of a difference! Dan and Micah were great!
These people are great. Cleaned up an extremely difficult situation quickly and professionally in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and took the time to explain what would be happening. Nathan has a great team.
I cannot rave enough about this company. I had someone pass away in my home and was not discovered for 3 weeks. I did not even know where to begin. One phone call to this company and I was relieved and amazed by their professionalism and actions. A special shout out to Dan and Canaan.
