My wife and I have been using Dr. Hazlett since he took over the practice from Dr. Smith. We have been very satisfied with him and his staff. He has taken care of my teeth which have been in bad shape and tried to save as many as possible. I do not plan on changing dentist any time in the future.

EXCELLENT Dentist. My family and I have been going to him since he came to Sarasota many years ago and took over the practice from Dr. Smith. He is conservative, but thorough. He doesn't recommend unnecessary treatments, which I appreciate. Great 'chairside' manner. All staff is professional and delightful.
