Wow...what a complete waste of my time. They are just in it for the money. Do not trust them. I called multiple times to confirm they will take our insurance. Mentioned that we may need multiple crowns. They asked me to send Xrays, which i did that were very recent (less than 2 months)...so not only did they book our appointment. Then they said they needed Xrays to see something. About halfway through they stopped the xrays and said "ok..you're done"....and now they are billing our insurance for the visit and xrays ....then ... read more

If you value prompt assistance with serious medical issues then run, don’t walk, from this group. I’m a 27 year old male. I’ve had heart issues in the past and I’ve been taking a prescription called atenolol for a few years. I started seeing Dr. Hazlet at the end of 2020 when I was starting to have elevated heart rate again. Dr. Hazlet prescribed metoprolol. I met Dr Hazlett under urgent circumstances. He came highly recommended to me by a trustworthy source. He is compassionate, gentle, skilled and knowledgeable. His office administrator, Pat is also outstanding. SO incredibly patient answering questions on the phone, knowledgeable herself to help guide patients. Bent over backwards to help me on a number of levels and was gracious each step of the way. Am thrilled to have found this dentist/office and will be a regular! Highly recommend!

Dr. Hazlett has given me the best dental attention and dental experiences of any dentist I have ever visited in my life. He is extremely caring and I feel treated as well as if I were his family member. I trust him to care for my teeth and his careful, attention to detail, is the reason my mouth and my teeth are functioning well----especially since I have spent a lot of hours in a dentist office during my childhood. It is extremely rare to find such outstanding medical care. Great dentist!!!

Office had the old style spit bowls with fake flowers in it. It didn't seem very clean. The dentist put something cold on my tooth to check if the nerve was alive. When I didn't feel anything he just said oh well. What's that supposed to mean. Was told I needed a crown however when I went to another dentist the new dentist recommended only doing a filling. I don't think he is very honest

My wife and I have been using Dr. Hazlett since he took over the practice from Dr. Smith. We have been very satisfied with him and his staff. He has taken care of my teeth which have been in bad shape and tried to save as many as possible. I do not plan on changing dentist any time in the future.
