Hazleton Honda I thought was good but they freaking suck. Words can’t explain how horrible the service is. My new 2025 Honda has issues non stop. The works are starting to get annoyed when I bring my car in rather than trying to figure out a true solution. They keep slapping band-aids on so to say.
Eduardo answered all our questions and went over all the features of our new car before we left. He also explained the different trim levels of the CRV so we could make an informed decision.
My parents upgraded into a new vehicle & a week later I also upgraded into a new vehicle spontaneously! Luciano was the salesperson who helped both of us out. Both my parents & I walked in & out in with new vehicles on the same day we went in to see what options were (which typically never happens). The whole team at Honda Hazleton was great & overall it was an easy & pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend!
