Dr. McCall was incredibly patient and kind during our visit. She’s knowledgeable and provided a thorough exam. Very impressed!
Not sure why this place has mostly good reviews. In my opinion anything over 3 stars is too much. My only assumption is that most people coming here have state insurance and they probably aren’t aware that there are better options out there. The entire place feels dirty. I waited 45 minutes and eventually asked if they forgot about me to which they said they called my name twice even though I was sitting there the entire time. Dr Deum and staff are great! They treat you with such respect.
First time ever seeing a eye doctor and was super nervous. Everyone was so polite and treated me like family. They helped me pick out frames and broke down costs of different things to better understand what all i could possibly get. Definitely would recommend if it is a first time for you as well!
