I've got to admit that we've lived here for a long time now and never utilized any of the services offered by Hazen Motors. That changed recently when one of our vehicles wouldn't start at the grocery store. Before my husband was off the phone, Kim (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) came to our rescue! Was highly displeased with the turn out here. They up changes me 46% on a $400 part. Took 3 weeks to inform me the part had arrived. Then when picking up my vehicle, I was insulted by their interpretation of my vehicle. Came with heavy negative connotations. Will not return here for any reason.
Please stop sending me coupons for this dealership. I will not be back again. Spent over $1000 in work on my truck and they parked it on the curb with my front bumper damaged from sitting on it. My vehicle has damage that wasn't there before I took it to this place. Doubt i will ever get reimbursed for the front end damage from them parking it.
