Love this office! Dr. Hazem and team have been so kind and helpful during my medical journey. Appointment times/cards are always given, and I receive a reminder text message which is helpful due to my busy schedule.
Haven’t been to this office for over a year, got scheduled for an appointment that I wasn’t aware of until a couple days prior to the scheduled date. Informed I would need to reschedule and was never told that a $25 no show fee would apply for having to reschedule. Personal things came up again and had the need to cancel/reschedule again and this is the point where I’m told I now have to pay two $25 no show fees for rescheduling the first time and canceling the second. Great medical staff, Dr Kanaan and his team made my pregnancy journey amazing, they made sure to help with anything that was in my concern and they made sure I wasn’t in pain during my pregnancy , my delivery went so smooth and the post partum has been amazing I highly recommend
