Rude, brusque, doesn’t listen, tries to dominate. Unpleasant experience.
I just had to read reviews on my favorite Doctor, Dr. Hazem Al Andary. It is understandable that people are not at their best when they are sick or caring for a loved one. We are all human and have good and bad days. That be as it may, there is no excuse for being rude and obnoxious to professionals trying to help you. I have seen several instances of this during a couple visits to PHC on Central. I have 100% faith in Dr. Hazem and the excellent staff at PHC. Don Robinson
His lack of communication in the care of my mother makes me question his compassion and professionalism.
Unfortunately dr Al-Andary was my attending physician while in the hospital and he is disrespectful, unprofessional, inconsiderant , judgemental, always has an attidude , doesn't spend enough time to tell you what your status is and I wouldn't even give him one star... I definitely advice you to see some that is an actual compasionant caring Dr.
As my aunt's power of attorney, I am writing this review on her behalf. Today while she was in the ICU, Dr Al-Andary stated before I walked in to my aunt who is currently having breathing assistance, is 87 years old, and very aware of her decline, You need to sign a DNR. You're either going to die here in the hospital or at a nursing home. What do you want? Shocked, my aunt tearfully replied, Please, just do whatever. Disgusting bed side! I am an ICU nurse. You will never see her again.
