RATS! RATS! RATS! RATS! Rats 10 inches long. Rat shit in storage units and the Landlord and their cronies do NOTHING! Any repairs takes weeks or months and any maintenance to the grounds take just as long. They are raising rent just because. There is no valid reason. They do whatever they can to squeeze more out of their tenants. About half a dozen tenants are living with holes in the apartments! HOLES!

Apartment size is decent enough but management and maintenance is unreachable and not reliable. There have been several large repairs that have needed to be done to our apartment with little to no improvements. Management won’t reply to emails and maintenance does the quickest/cheapest repairs (if any at all). The apartment was absolutely filthy when we moved in and management said they would clean it for us and they never did.
