Are horrible apartments to live in they try to over charge they dont clean your apartment when you first move in.Rent money from tenants has been stolen and landlord trys to make them over pay. Plus we got help from the dcbs office and the poor manager who is the mateience man also . And you only see the landlord when you owe him some money. So please it is cheap. But you have to stay on top of everything and keep your reciepts or you will be disgarded like yesterday's trash..
