Dr. Amanda has helped me tremendously with gut health. I struggled for years with diarrhea, accidents and cramps. Learning about my food sensitivities and changing my supplements and diet has been life changing. I have also had Craniosacral massage(s) and have seen an improvement in my overall health and wellness. As I looked for an alternative solution to my health care, Dr. Amanda has been an answer for me. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you, Dr. Amanda!
Hallelujah to Dr. Blandford who knows what she is talking about. Her personal touch and no BS approach is exactly what I need. I’ve had different issues where most docs are just throwing out prescriptions, when what I really needed was the right minerals, diet, and knowledge that she provides. She’s definitely helped me become stronger and healthier. Meet her at least once and you’ll understand what I mean.
I had an intro visit and Dr. Blandford was quite knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I will be going back for my follow up visits.
Dr. Amanda is really great! What's special about her is how broad her training and expertise is, from a more medical kind of perspective to natural, holistic. On my last visit she tried a visceral massage, which is the first time I've experienced that, and my chronic back pain has become GREATLY lessened. Kind of amazing! I'm really grateful I found her and although I haven't been great at doing the things she prescribed (movement, water, nutrition, etc) I'm trying and she's been very patient with me.
Dr. Amanda has changed my life significantly with the food prep. I'm not sure how her meetings have impacted the way I think about food, but by God's grace and her structure of teaching, I am living a new life by prepping my food. When she says, if you want to feel good, you have to start somewhere, and what better way than to change the way I eat. Thank you!!!
