Good music,food,friends,meetings....The safest most comfort place to have fun is with sober people in recovering and their family and friends. A good way to never need the police...lol.. but really...
Saved my life. Hazelden set me on the right path to sobriety. Great staff, decent food, great facility, fantastic amenities. Nurse staff was wonderful and took your health concerns during this very "new" time, very seriously. 13 months sober tomorrow, 4/11/17.
This was a great place to get heal. The lectures were great and most of the counslers were terrific. However there was some issues with communication between staff and seemed as if theft and other issues on the units were being ignored. One female counsler on my unit would ask me questions and when I went to respond she would abruptly cut me off everytime, this was very fustrating to me and I could tell she was annoyed by me. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of help.
If you need treatment, this is where to go!!! I absolutely loved it here!!! It was the hardest thing I had to do but they make it a wonderful place to be!!
