Ordered flowers on Bloomex for my father-in-law's funeral yesterday. Was supposed to have tracking the day before, which never happened so I had to keep calling the funeral home who were able to finally tell me that the bouquet was delivered by Hazeldean Florist. The left is what I ordered, the right is what arrived. To say I was devastated and offended is an understatement. I came in a day after a loved one passed and the florist (I should've asked her name, so sorry!) stopped what she was doing for a next day appointment just to make a bereavement arrangement for my Granda: my Nana passed last night. It was short notice and a beautiful bouquet. Thank you ❤️ my Granda loved it and we put the flowers on display with some photos in the front hall

Huge kudos go out to Hazeldean Florist who delivered a beautiful bouquet this afternoon to a dear family member. Naomi arranged the bouquet precisely as I described on the phone and the arrangement was so greatly appreciated. I will be ordering from this florist again.
