I have been living in the hazelcrest place community for three years and I love my townhouse. Management is on point and very professional. The community is positively engaging and inclusive having planned events for our neighbors. Maintenance is very hands on and accommodating with all maintenance concerns. The manager Delshawn Jackson and her management team is efficient and respectful with everything you'll need to reside in the hazelcrest place community.
My husband and I have lived at HazelCrest Apartments for a little over two years now. We were very apprehensive at first as we have always lived in houses. The move in was smooth, the office staff are all kind and attentive to your concerns and quick to address any work orders. Worst managers in the office!!!!! Very inconsiderate! Heartless, !!!!! Rude as hell!!!!!!! They suck so bad!!! And they don’t care about no one!!!!!!! Do not move your family here!!!!
The building is nice, but the apartments are dated.
