Great Dentist I needed a filling replaced, so I called Dr Hazelbaker. I was able to get in the next morning. Dr Hazelbaker is a very kind and caring dentist, he replaced my filling and cleaned my teeth the same day. He has a wonderful staff, who helped me get my dental records & x-rays transferred. His office is located about 5 minutes from my home and has ample off street parking. The office appears to have been updated recently and is very neat & clean.
