currently contacted the owner about leasing an apartment here over a month ago. Our first conversation was where did I work, I advised Heath(his name) that I worked at Dept. Of Human Services he told me fine, I then proceeded to ask about paperwork. He told me he has an apt. for me that is vacant, told me how much my deposit is and the monthly rent. This is a very nice apartment complex. Well maintained and in very nice neighborhood. Very nice pool area and work-out room. Probably the best apartment complex in Pine Bluff.
Ive done a lot of research concerning apartments and other rental properties in the Pine Bluff area, and I will say that Hazel Ridge Apartments is the best rental location in Pine Bluff. The location is great (central to shopping and the local Country Club for the avid golfer), the neighbors are friendly, the staff is top notch, and the amenities are second to none. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this complex with its safe, home-style environment to anyone looking to rent in the Pine Bluff area!
