currently contacted the owner about leasing an apartment here over a month ago. Our first conversation was where did I work, I advised Heath(his name) that I worked at Dept. Of Human Services he told me fine, I then proceeded to ask about paperwork. He told me he has an apt. for me that is vacant, told me how much my deposit is and the monthly rent.
