Hazel O Salon is always clean and the ladies who work there are welcoming! Alicia is amazing and she really pays attention to every detail. She’s super sweet and I’m obsessed with my results every time. I highly recommend her!
I was excited for a curly cut and style but was disappointed the moment I walked in the door. I walked in and noone acknowledged me. The receptionist was looking at a device for 5 minutes. I said excuse me twice before she looked up. She checked me in and thay was it. Noone offered me a drink, showed me where to hang my coat or checked on me as I waited for 40 minutes. Highly recommend Lwam to other curly haired girls! I wanted to dye my hair (type 3) but was so nervous as my previous experience with another hair salon was bad. Lwam made me feel super comfortable and during the hair consult she was able to give good advice on what color shade as I was unsure. I love my new shade of hair and hair cut. :) Even after dyeing it, my hair looks healthier than it did before. I’ve gone back to her for my root touch up and plan to continue to go back
Got a nice haircut though minimal, and charged for a full price cut. Wanted color. Paid for a color consult, only to find they could not accommodate the ammonia free color. Salon did not offer to refund the consult, despite when making the appointment advised that I'd need ammonia free. I consider this a standard salon and not "upscale" as advertised. Upscale salons can accommodate such a request. Disappointing given I needed the touch up for a special occasion and missed my window to get it done elsewhere. Likely would not ... read more
Lwam is truly the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to! I’ve been seeing her for curly cuts and styling for two years, and my hair has never been healthier. I’ve recommended her to multiple friends, and they all rave about her services as well!
