I'm extremely satisfied with the service at this Hazel Nails – the staff are friendly and my nails have never looked better I love this place!

I really wanted to like Hazel Nails, and at first, I thought I did. The massage portion of the service was relaxing and a nice added touch. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. I got a gel manicure, and the polish began peeling off within the first day. I’ve had gel nails many times before, and they typically last 2–3 weeks, sometimes even a month. I contacted them, and they offered to redo them, which I appreciated. The nail tech made 5 of my fingers bleed by ripping off my skin with a nail file and kept doing it after she noticed the first one and even when I pulled my hand away. My fingers hurt and I'm pretty sure its going to get infected because the reuse nail files Avoid this place
10/10 experience. i left with what i asked for & quick!
