Eva and her team are simply amazing! Unfortunately, I have had to seek other PCP’s because mine, that I had for 10 years, was taking on too many new patients and simply didn’t have the time to care for me as a PCP should. I love Hazel Healthcare! I feel like Eva specifically really listens and gives you options. Everyone is so nice and bright. Everyone is like a family! The CEO Hazel is definitely the best part though! She is the star of the show! Overall a 10/10!
