We love Dr. Newbell and CRNP Frances! All of the staff is amazing. Have been going for over a year. You can’t get any better than these folks! Easy to make appointments, really like the online portal, and the care is outstanding.
I have been going to Hazel Green Family Practice for many years! I love and Trust Dr Newbell and Francis Green(nurse practioner). They have always gotten me well from whatever was wrong or would refer me to a specialist if needed! They take time to talk with you so they can assess the problem! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Newbell is very comical! I get to laugh a lot on my visits!!
I had a few questions about a vaccine and was immediately told by the doctor “I don’t think my practice is going to be a good fit for you”. A lot of miscommunication with the front desk personnel and the demeanor could be more friendly and professional. Very disappointed.
They or awesome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love Dr Newbell. He was always good about payments I had to pay out of pocket because I had know insurance. He didn’t turn me away. Now I got insurance and I still go to him. Even though I had other doctors to chose from but I’m sticking with Newbell. Been with Hazel Green Family Practice for eleven years now. Wouldn’t change a thing...
