Won't go back I wonât go back to Hazel Dell Tire Factory. When I bought new tires there they broke three of my wheel center caps. They were going to let me drive away with broken parts, telling me that the caps get brittle with age. That may be true, but they mounted my snow tires two months ago and didnât break any caps. After I insisted that they were careless in removing the caps they offered to pay half the cost of four new ones. great service hi i would highly recommend this place we have had several tires put on thru them and they are very helpful when my husband has a flat or a nail in his business truck the prompt service is incredible he never has to wait to long and before he knows it he is back on the road highly recommend
Excellent Service They were quick, fast, and courteous. I got my studded tires on same day in the middle of the Arctic Blast. They always have a great price with excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs.
Way better than Les Schwab! After making the mistake of buying tires at Les Schwab around the corner, Tire Factory was happy to rotate my tires for free and without an appointment, since Les Schwab never has the time. Since then, I have had Tire Factory replace the steering rack in my car, and I will be making future tire purchases from them.
Thanks Hazel Dell Tire Factory! My tire had gone nearly flat and I had temporarily refilled it. I brought it to the Tire Factory expecting they would either try to sell me new tires or charge some kind of fee for taking the car in and diagnosing the problem. 20 minutes later, they returned my keys saying "you're all set." I was confused at first, and they told me there was a nail in my tire and it's all fixed (no charge!). They asked me to keep them in mind when it's time to buy tires. I certainly will!
