Really nice people and a real nice place. Love to see kids around any place.
My brother has lived here for over 15 years. We have tried everything to get them to replace his carpet, which wasn’t even new when he moved in. They don’t appreciate his rent being on time every month of 15 years?? Health issues don’t seem to matter enough replace the GROSS old carpet!!!
They have always worked with me on any and all problems, Except for noise issues, Other than that they were willing to help out in any way they could, Especially when it came to personal problems, And They helped me with getting as much as my deposit back as possible, I have 3 cats. . . Lol. . . I got back 75% of my deposit.. . . All I can say is keep in mind you it's an older complex and they are trying to update and upgrade as much as possible. I saw a recent reply to my one star review & they said i didnt live there---umm....yes i did unfortunately. I had a different last name then but everything other people have said about these apts is correct.
