They advertised the space rent at one price, I had to assume a lease that expired in 2017 at another price in order to buy my mobile, and now they're trying to double my space rent under RCW 59.20.380 to yet a third, unmanageable price! It's very nice. Only thing is rental has gone way up.
This place was taken new management and raised our rent by $150., which is going to be hard for most of us as we are over 60 + yrs old.
I have visited this residential park for a number of years I found it to be a clean and well-maintained Place. With the new ownership, it appears they’re working diligently to improve the park even more. New fencing has been added, and there is now a formal dog arena the residents take their pets to enjoy. This is a good trend and I hope that it continues because I’m sure I’ll be coming here again in the coming years.
