Emma , my NP was friendly, but I called back the next day to ask about A possible medication because she had to run a test they said she didn’t even run the test. Also somebody needs to teach her how to do a Pap smear for one second I thought she was being rough intentionally who stands up and gives a pap.
I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early for my new patient appointment to complete paperwork. I arrived on time, but no paperwork was provided. Absolute worst customer care I've ever had. The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever had to speak with. My old physician retired without my knowledge so I was trying to figure out who I needed to speak to about my prescriptions. The lady, instead of helping, told me the earliest I could get my prescriptions was a month from now. I told her I have been leaving voicemails to get in or get my prescriptions for weeks and can't wait another month. She told me I had not been leaving voicemails.
