I’ve been seeing Lori Jacobus NP since 2022 and I absolutely LOVE her! First appointment I’ve had here took 20-30 minutes past appointment time to get me back, busy day no worries. Today was my second appointment here I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes past check in, 30 mins into appointment time and still nothing. 5 other people called back while waiting, rescheduled and hoping my next appointment will be better.
