Update: The practice was able to complete the paperwork for my patient assistance programs and get the drugs that I need. I appreciate their hard work and that they did not give up. Emma , my NP was friendly, but I called back the next day to ask about A possible medication because she had to run a test they said she didn’t even run the test. Also somebody needs to teach her how to do a Pap smear for one second I thought she was being rough intentionally who stands up and gives a pap.

Absolute worst customer care I've ever had. The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever had to speak with. My old physician retired without my knowledge so I was trying to figure out who I needed to speak to about my prescriptions. The lady, instead of helping, told me the earliest I could get my prescriptions was a month from now. I told her I have been leaving voicemails to get in or get my prescriptions for weeks and can't wait another month. She told me I had not been leaving voicemails. Im a new patient to this facility the first time I needed them I came down with vomiting and nausea and could not keep anything down and had to work still, i called to see if i can get in or even if they would prescribe an antiemetic. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me just to go to urgent care and HUNG UP on me before i even get a sentence in.
