This management company is lacking in communication and good luck with your security deposit. They’ll keep everything regardless of the state of cleanliness. The first red flag should have been the few days it took for someone to respond after trying to schedule a tour last summer.
Mark, the backbone, of the complex, is an amazingly wonderful person. This man is the main reason for the 5 star review. I've been here since 2019 with the highs and lows. The last year and a half has been a 5 vs 2. The new management and employees are amazingly nice and super capable. It's sad to leave and now this place has amazingly good people. At this moment with these people I can say your in good hands. And Mark Oreo will miss you.
