Such a wonderful place to live. Super close to CWRU. Lovely neighbors and SUCH amazing people who work there!! The apartments are lovely and ideal for students looking for housing. Would absolutely live there again!
I lived in this apartment complex for nearly three years. My work schedule is highly unpredictable, often requiring long hours. Fortunately, the management team was incredibly flexible and responsive to any concerns or maintenance issues that arose during my stay. The apartments themselves are generally very nice (I lived in multiple), and it’s an advantage to have your own garage, eliminating the hassle of finding parking in a busy college area. I highly recommend living here.
A disgusting scam of an apartment! 1. I once received a water bill of over $400 in a single month due to a leak, and the apartment refused to take responsibility! 2. They tricked me into signing a one-year lease extension without my knowledge, causing me to pay an extra year of rent! 3. When I moved out, they deducted nearly $1,000 from my deposit with all kinds of ridiculous excuses! This is the most disgusting and shameless apartment I’ve ever seen!
This management company is lacking in communication and good luck with your security deposit. They’ll keep everything regardless of the state of cleanliness. The first red flag should have been the few days it took for someone to respond after trying to schedule a tour last summer.
